Refund Policy:

We at Worldstar Cosmetics strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we’re here to help.

30-Day Refund Policy:

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@worldstarcosmetics.co.uk within the 30-day period.
Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 3 to 5 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exclusions:

Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care items, or products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
